14-day judicial custody for BJP leader Ganesh Joshi.



Uttarakhand BJP lawmaker Ganesh Joshi, who has been accused of attacking a police horse, Shaktimaan, was on Friday sent to judicial custody for 14 days.

Joshi, who was arrested Friday morning by the Uttarakhand Police, was produced before the ACJM court in Dhakrani.

Dehradun Police had on Sunday registered a case against Joshi for beating a police horse and reportedly breaking one of its legs, during a protest against Uttarakhand chief minister Harish Rawat for "misuse" of funds.
