Virendra Gupta,local hawkers of Holi celebration product's,say iss saal log waters guns aur water playing items kam khiridi kar rahe hai,dry colours ki khiridi achi hovi hai.
Mumbai police also is in high alert in all areas.
So rule festival with love.
